"MongoDB-out-of-the-box" error collection

1. After the first installation was successful, the following problems were found instantly

MongoDB could not be started because the target computer was actively refused to connect

Workaround:

This is not MongoDB can not start, is that you have not started MongoDB to connect to use it, is certainly not successful.
Go to MongoDB's Bin directory to run first

>mongod--dbpath "D:\MongoDB\data\db"

This will start the success.
