sometimes you need to monitor the Tomcat console on a Linux server on Windows to view some print information and log reports. Remote Desktop is a good method. Another method is to log on remotely and run the tail command. The procedure is as follows:
1. download putty .
putty.zip link.
2. Extract putty and directly RUN putty.exe .
in the dialog window that appears, enter the IP address of the server in the Host Name field of the session page, for example, 135.251.35.155, port 22, and Protocol ssh. Click "open.
3. remote logon .
In the following dialog box, enter the user name and password to log on successfully and enter the bash command line.
4. start Tomcat on the server .
use commands such as PWD, CD, and ls to switch to the bin directory under the tomcat installation directory and run the following command:
