The company's resources are the results of collective wisdom that the company pays for. We have no power and should not take them away, make these resources a bargaining chip for our next company's salary negotiation or a basis for our own company;

3. Most new owners do not want to see employees like edevil and vice work in their own companies. Sooner or later, the new club will become an old club, and no one wants their assets (code and customers) to be attacked.
