More netizens sue Tencent to take back QQ number to court next month

NetEase Science and technology news November 27, Tencent Shenzhen Nanshan Court announced the opening of the December hearing announcement, the announcement shows 7 netizens will Tencent sued the court, the prosecution of Tencent suspected of a large number of recycled QQ number, violating the "Computer software copyright license use contract."

This April, there are reports that many netizens found their QQ number can not be used normally, the company suspected Tencent's purpose to recover a large number of 5, 6-digit QQ number, lost number of netizens in order to get a statement, and Tencent has repeatedly negotiated with no fruit, and ultimately hope that the legal way to defend their rights

The case will be formally held in Shenzhen Nanshan Court December 22 26th.
