Move side disables horizontal scroll bar

When making mobile development with bootstrap, the horizontal scroll bar still appears when the width does not exceed the width of the screen.

Problem solving:

1. Check to see if the head joins

2. See if the elements of the width:100% have internal and external margins, so that the width exceeds 100%

3. Add the following CSS code

Html,body {    overflow-x: hidden;      }
