1. Open the Outlook client, select "Account Settings" in "Tools", and click "New".

2. In the Add email service, select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP, and in the next tick

3, set your name, e-mail address, user name, email password. Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" in "Other Settings"-"Outgoing server". e-mail address and user name must be completed, for example: [email protected].

If you do not need encryption, click Next, if you need SSL or TSL encryption, in "Other Settings"-"Advanced", select the encryption method and modify the POP/SMTP port number.

4. Click the "Test Account Settings" button to test the account. Go back to the "Add new email Account" screen and click "Next" to complete the account add settings.
