Multi-monitor Keep the secret behind PPT business Show

Just applied to a company propaganda planning room work, received an important task: slide to the customer to show the company's new products. However, my understanding of the product is not high, how to do? I thought of the "WPS Demonstration 2010" Display function, the results of a successful completion of the task, happy and can not resist the specific methods to share out.

Let's look at my props first. A laptop, a projector, a projector to the external display of the Notebook interface. The projector is for the audience, The notebook is for the writer--The secret to show success is hidden in the notebook.

1th Step: Set up dual monitor. Right-click on the Win 7 desktop, select personalize → show → change monitor settings, and under Multiple monitors, select expand these displays, as shown in Figure 1.

2nd step: Set up the show mode. Use WPS to open the PPT slide you want to play, click Slide show → set Show, select Monitor 2 after the slide show is displayed, as shown in Figure 2.

3rd Step: Play. When playing the interface of the notebook as shown in Figure 3, and the projector only shows the main screen of the slide, that is, the upper left corner of Figure 3, this seemingly ordinary way of playing behind the hidden a lot of mystery:

★ In the Notebook, you can display the note information for each slide, and the player reads it--the audience thinks you really have a good eloquence.

★ Notebook, you can show thumbnails of slides, click to display-if a piece is not suitable for the audience to see, you can skip directly.

★ The interface shown in Figure 3 can be dragged and placed as a window, and the audience will see the full screen and only the upper left corner--the player can open QQ to listen to the boss's intention and then explain to the audience.

★ In the playback state, you can also input words to the notes bar-the audience's impromptu response record it, anyway, the audience can not see.
