Multi-sorting problem of MySQL database

1. problem background: you want to be able to sort in descending order of Istop first, and if the Istop value is the same, sort by date descending.
2. tried a few times after the implementation: a very simple SQL statement

SELECT * from article ORDER by Istop Desc,textdate desc

Select field from table name order By field one, field two

　　　　Sort by field first, sort by field two if field one is the same value
