In Word 2010, you provide a variety of view modes for users to select, including the five view modes, page view, reading layout view, Web layout view, outline view, and draft view. Users can select the desired document view mode in the View ribbon, or click the View button at the bottom right of the Word 2010 document window to select a view.
1. Page view
Print layout view displays the appearance of the printed results of a word 2010 document, including elements such as headers, footers, drawing objects, column settings, page margins, and so on, which are the closest print results to the page view, as shown in Figure 2009120201.

2. Reading layout view
Reading layout view displays Word 2010 documents in the column style of the book, and the File button, ribbon, and other window elements are hidden. In reading layout view, users can also click the Tools button to select a variety of reading tools, as shown in Figure 2009120202.
