Multithreading in Python

Source: Internet
Author: User

A program can be understood as a process, the process has its code name, you can kill it according to the code name.

A process must have only one main thread, and he can have many child threads.

Running a task can, of course, improve efficiency if there are many sub-threads to do it at the same time.

However, in Python, multithreading is not strictly multithreaded.

Because Python has a global lock concept, it guarantees that only one thread is running on a certain time node, but this time node is very short and human consciousness is not.

So, Python's multithreading is actually the process of constantly switching, and not all processes at the same time running simultaneously.

Note that the switching process is not based on what order it is, but in order, until the task is complete.
