After receiving the above QA statement email, the project management personnel and the Project Manager will communicate with each other to understand the current situation of the project for analysis.
The Project Manager elaborated as follows:
- The current project is in the demand stage;
- The invigilator is not familiar with the business. The effect of the Demand Survey conducted by the invigilator is not obvious. The project team thought about it some time ago and made some improvement measures, such as providing a list of demand issues, however, the feedback takes a long time and multiple feedbacks are inconsistent;
- The schedule of the project is difficult to grasp based on the current situation;
- At the meeting, the subject's business manager was not present, but the contact person and supervisor of the subject were present;
- If they want to know where their bottom line for period adjustment is, but do not think of a good reason, they simply say"Insufficient resources.
After hearing the explanation from the Project Manager, how are you going to guide the project at the meeting?
