My first project evaluation (Silverlight-based Bubble singing System)

Our first project training in January this year was very excited at the beginning, with many ideas. It takes only two weeks for practical training. It is really difficult for us who have no project experience. There are a lot of technologies that won't happen at all, that was a tough time. Fortunately, I have a good team. Let's work and study together, discuss technical issues, and discuss various design issues. Let's go to work together, get off work, eat together, and go together, laughing Together, practical training is really tiring, but we were really happy during that time. We learned a lot about technology, but also learned a lot about growth. Thank you for that time and the way we grow together.

The following is a course assignment for project management. It is an analysis of the success or failure of a project. Of course, I chose my first project training experience.

In general, as one of the participants in this practical training project, I think it is a theoretically successful project.

First, we have successfully understood the essentials of a user's requirement for a song pick system, and the problems that users will encounter during the Song pick process, we present it to users in the simplest way, so that users can choose their desired songs based on their personal needs. Then we designed a fresh UI structure and color layout to show our entire song pick system, so that users can feel comfortable in the process of listening to songs.

Of course, for those who participated in the project training for the first time, the most important thing is to implement the functions of the entire system, we have made a good job of division of labor and implementation. First, we designed a database system with sound structure logic based on various actual situations, and then started to implement the functions of the user and the Administrator, of course, the person in charge of the interface design has been responsible for the design of the Interface part, and finally the functional and interface design has been fully integrated. After proper debugging of each small bug, the entire system passed our test. Finally, we achieved satisfactory results.

From the process of the entire project, the process still experienced a lot of problems, including the ambiguity of the initial user requirements, and the integration of functions and interfaces. In addition, although there is a good division of labor throughout the project, it is difficult to implement some specific functions for members to implement the work, as a result, the corresponding time is greatly different. There are also some problems with project version control. The versions of several students are not uniform, and the version integration also takes a lot of time and effort.
