My Network Places cannot access

When you view My Network Places, you will see "Unable to browse the Web." The network is not accessible "prompt.

This may be caused by two of the following reasons.

1. After Windows startup, when you enter the password for a Microsoft network user to log in, you click Cancel to cause this situation. If you are logging on to a Windows NT Server, you must be logged on as a legitimate user and you need to enter the correct password.

2. Conflict with other hardware. You can open Device Manager to see if the hardware has a yellow exclamation mark, question marks, or a red question mark on the front, and if so, you need to manually change the interrupt and I/O address settings for these devices.
