When you know a piece of depth and want to explore it further, the authoritative materials are basically in English. the limited Chinese documents are all written by our predecessors. Our predecessors are happy to keep some documents. If we are not happy, we will not leave them. We can only chew on our own.

At the time of my graduation, my first job was a well-known company in China. I had a colleague from the company, and I was also a friend of mine. I was a test taker. I was a fire-suppression team member in the company. he was very good at English. When he was working together, we were reading Chinese documents, and he was reading English documents, which I admired. he told us that according to the company's policy at that time, the company only recruited Full-time graduates. At that time, the interview leaders thought that his ability was good and his English was also good. They asked the company for a specially approved indicator, he successfully entered the company and now he works in a famous foreign company internationally. the hero does not ask the source! Although some people have not been to a good university, their abilities are not inferior to those who have been to a good university.

My second job gave me enough space to grow and become the most rewarding company! I am very grateful for this company. In my heart, this company is the pride of a Chinese company! If it wasn't for this company, the Internet access fee would be very expensive. You couldn't make the same equipment, but you did not write it out, for fear of being cracked by others! Some people do not quite agree with the company. after entering this company, there were a bunch of RFC, a bunch of protocols, all in English. That was the pain ., I still remember it. when something goes wrong, you can check the English documents and wonder if you have understood the error.

Currently, I work in a foreign company and often use English at work. At least emails are written in English. even if you want to study for yourself and read an MBA from a well-known school, you have to interview for English. not to mention the GMAT test. It is all in English.

The importance of English in our life is becoming more and more obvious, whether in technology or management.

Developing this application also comes from my own needs. when reading VOA News, every time a word is unfamiliar, you can use a dictionary to query it and write it down as a new word. This operation will inevitably require constant switching between the two programs. in this way, you can remember new words to remember them. can I have a software to complete this operation? I thought about it and wrote it myself.

Because the English-Chinese dictionary is not very complete, a new function is added to allow you to add Comments and Notes, so a DIY function is developed. if the definition provided by the dictionary is incomplete, modify it by yourself.

In this way, only the read and speak needs can be solved. I am wondering at home whether I can use the iPhone to train my oral skills, engage in a situational conversation, and then talk to my machine, so we have this module:

The software has two built-in podcast RSS client clients, one is VOA and the other is ESL. These two clients are good for listen training. I used to listen to ESL frequently and the language speed is very slow, make sure that every sentence can be understood.

In fact, this software has many features:

1. The words in the article can be automatically associated with the source text. The words are clearly recognized.

2. If VOA provides a video, you can watch the video on the software. When you are bored, you should watch the movie for a while.

3. The "Where can I click?" function is implemented. If you don't know a word, click it to display the meaning of the word. If you think the meaning is incomplete, You Can DIY it yourself.

4. You can upload your favorite articles to the software and use the functions of the software to learn English.
