Some users may find this problem when connecting to the EPON switch using the multi-Wan of h618b. When the route is powered on, the port of the EPON switch will be closed. What is the problem? Some people say that they are not compatible, and some say that they have detected a computer. Otherwise, my personal analysis may be due to the following reasons:
For example:
As we all know, whether it is h618b or VLAN switch, its VLAN configuration parameters must be loaded at startup. Some machines start the port before loading the configuration, when the port is started, only the default VLAN is used at this time. This is the same group, indicating that the white point is just like a common switch when the port is started.
As you can see, it is the picture of stopping CFE when h618b is started. No matter how many VLANs you set in wayos, the default port belongs to the same VLAN group, that is, vlan0. At this time, the EPON switch will detect that the port causes a loop. This time is normal and short. Some switches have a test loop time. If it does not respond for a short time, in this case, the port will not be closed. In some cases, no matter what the situation is, as long as there is a loop, it will be closed directly. At this time, the problem above the title will appear. To solve this problem, you can only manually modify CFE and re-run CFE.
Many VLAN switches can also be started, but if they are in the port VLAN, this will not happen. In fact, this is mainly because of how the EPON switch of China Telecom is configured, some circuit lines also follow common switches. For example, a main line is connected to a common switch and then to a VLAN switch. This requires a VLAN switch, the required CIDR Block is a port VLAN.
One problem is that I cannot figure it out. I have not tested it, but some users have found that it may be related to the design of the vswitch itself:
As long as one of the two switches is located in a VLAN, the circuit will not be caused theoretically. This means that this problem is met only when the two switches are started at the same time, this problem occurs only when both power-off and power-on are enabled. However, in fact, many cases are not the case. This problem should be related to the firmware design of the switch manufacturer.
