Life without stress does not exist. The impact of pressure on people, both negative, but also positive, on the one hand, we also because of pressure to continue to develop and progress, pressure will have a clear impact on our body and mind, in the school, our pressure is invisible, it is this pressure let us work harder to learn, but also because of these pressures, so that we sometimes insomnia , grumpy and feeling a sense of pressure.
