Myeclipse + Tomcat configuration solves Chinese garbled characters

Tomcat and myeclipse often encounter Chinese garbled characters when developing Web applications in combination. Here we provide a solution.
First, find

Open the server. xml file and edit the file as follows:

After adding the content, you can use get or post to add the upper and lower sentences in the corresponding servlet when editing the JSP page for submission.
