Method/Step

   Method One: Open the myeclipse,windows---->preferences Open the Preferences dialog box.

   Left navigation, navigate to find general---->workspace.

   The right window text file encoding, select Other, change to UTF-8, and later create the project its Properties dialog box text file encoding is UTF-8. Click "OK" to save.

   Method Two: Open the myeclipse,windows---->preferences Open the Preferences dialog box.

   Left navigation, navigate to general---->content Types,

   On the right side of the context Types window, point to each subkey in the text tree and enter "UTF-8" in, and click "Update" to update. Other such as: Java properties File, JavaScript, etc. have been specified by the eclipse default. If needed in development, change the encoding format.
