Myeclipse garbled characters and myeclipse Chinese garbled characters

1. Set the entire project to the encoding UTF-8 (UTF-8 can support internationalization as much as possible)
Windows-> Preferences-> general-> Workspace-> Text file encoding in the Other box is changed to UTF-8.
2. Set java source file encoding to UTF-8.
Windows-> Preferences-> general-> Context Types-> Text, select Java Source File, enter the UTF-8 in the Default encoding input box below, and click Update to set the Java File encoding to UTF-8
