Download http://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/download.html corresponding two zip package

Put the extracted two jar package into the following directory, restart click Project-->new--->other

Unzip the war pack, place the war package in Tomcat's WebApp directory, and start Tomcat to access the http://localhost:8080/axis2/
