Open MyEclipse8.5 want to start tomcat6.0 server in debug mode, report a configuration error occurred during startup.please verify the Perference fi  Eld with the Prompt:cannot connect to VM. Workaround one: Run cmd, enter netsh winsock reset again, restart, this is also a solution, this is reset Winsock, may be that software tampered with Winsock
