In MySQL, add a user who is the same as root for remote connection:

People should have met when they took the station. The root user's MySQL, can only connect locally, refused to connect externally.

The following statement adds a new user administrtor:

CREATE USER 'Monitor'@'%'Identified by 'Admin';GRANT  All Privileges  on *.*  to 'Monitor'@'%'Identified by 'Admin'  with GRANT OPTIONMax_queries_per_hour0Max_connections_per_hour0Max_updates_per_hour0Max_user_connections0;

Delete this user:

DROP USER ' Monitor '@'%'; DROP DATABASE IF EXISTS ' monitor ';
