MySQL connects to the database through a third-party client tool. Chinese characters in the table are garbled, but there is no problem with the command line tool of MySQL.

Db2011 create database 'db2011 '/*! 40100 default Character Set Latin1 */
The database uses the default Latin1 encoding.
The solution is simple. You can download a client tool of earlier versions. I downloaded sqlyog 5.02 and recommended it online.
Personal estimation has two problems: on the one hand, it may be the encoding set by the database, and on the other hand, the main problem is the client tool. It is estimated whether the software of the higher version is configured with encoding before display, leading to garbled display.

We recommend that you specify the Encoding As GBK or utf8 when creating a database.
