Show global variables like "%max_con%";

Set global max_connections xxx;

GRANT All Privileges

GRANT all privileges on * * to ' root ' @ '% ' identified by ' sa123 ' with GRANT OPTION;
GRANT all privileges on * * to ' myuser ' @ ' percent ' identified by ' MyPassword ' with GRANT OPTION;

Flush privileges;
