MySQL Common commands

Knowledge Preparation:

1. Start/stop/restart of MySQL service:

First, the starting mode

1. Start with service: Service mysqld start

2. Start with mysqld script:/etc/inint.d/mysqld start

3. Use Safe_mysqld to start:safe_mysqld&

Second, stop

1. Start with service: Service mysqld stop

2. Start with mysqld script:/etc/inint.d/mysqld stop

3, mysqladmin-uroot-p shutdown

Third, restart

1. Start with service: Service mysqld restart

2. Start with mysqld script:/etc/inint.d/mysqld restart

2. View the database default engine.

mysql> SHOW VARIABLES like ' storage_engine ' ; +----------------+--------+| Variable_name  | Value  |+----------------+--------+| storage_engine | MyISAM |+----------------+--------+1 row in Set (0.00 sec)
