Mysql database backup mysqldump, database backup mysqldump

The mysql database server needs to be backed up recently. The following problems are solved in sequence.

1.

The mysqldump command cannot be executed in navicat or mysql, but can only be executed in the mysql/bin directory:

Mysqldump: Got error: 1049: Unknown database 'test; 'when selecting the database

The cause of the error is that ">" no space is added before and after the symbol. Remove it.

3. Common backup import commands

Export: (Entire database) mysqldump -u root -p database > data.sql (Single table) mysqldump -u root -p database tablename > data.sql Import: mysql -u root -p database < data.sql
