Modify the My.ini file

The following add
[MySQL]
Default-character-set=utf8
[Mysqld]

Character_set_server = UTF8
init_connect= ' SET NAMES UTF8 '


After the modification is complete, review the following parameters.

Mysql> Show variables like ' character% ';
