First, server-side settings

Open MySQL database, run

GRANT  All Privileges  on *. *  to ' MyUser '@'192.168.1.3'by'mypassword'  withGRANTOPTION;

MyUser: Server's Database login name

MyPassword: Server Database login Password

192.168.1.3: Allows client IP to connect to the server MySQL, can be replaced by% , meaning to allow any client computer to connect to the server's database
