MySQL finds duplicate field data in addition to ID

If there are multiple duplicate fields in table Test1

Some of the data is completely duplicated, and we're going to get him out and then delete it.

SELECT * from Test1 a WHERE (A.phone,a.name) in (select Phone,name to Test1 GROUP by Phone,name have Count (*) >1 ) and ID not in (the Select Max (ID) from Test1 GROUP by Phone,name has count (*) >1);   

Results

You can then delete these IDs in PHP or other languages.

Replace the previous select with
