After searching online for half a day, the simplest way is to create a database with the same name as the original database, and then copy the. frm file to it.

However, sometimes this does not work, and the query may encounter a problem that the specified table does not exist. frm, db. when the opt file is complete, the innodb table engine should be used for such tables, and innodb data files (ibdata1 by default) in the Data Directory should also be copied. Restart the MySql service.
