mysql>update User Set = ' % ' where User = ' Root '　　 Privileges; Refresh Permissions

2. Execute Authorization Statement Grant

 mysql>grant  all  privileges  on  * . Span style= "COLOR: #808080" >*  to   " Span style= "COLOR: #ff0000" >root   " @  %   " identified by  "  password  "  with  grant  option  
 Mysql>flush privileges; Refresh Permissions 

( explanation Statement 2:grant: Authorization, * * represents "library" respectively. "Table", root is the user, '% ' stands for host, followed by a password );
