Install MySQL under CentOS:

Yum Install-y mysql-server

After the installation, direct input MSYQL do not need a password to log in

To modify the MySQL login password:

Mysql>update user set Password=password (' Password ') where user= ' username ';

Mysql>flush privileges;

mysql>quit; exit

then enter Mysql-uroot-p

Enter the login password.

To modify the remote login password:

Mysql>grant all on * * to admin (user name) @ '% ' identified by ' admin (password) ' with GRANT OPTION;

Mysql>flush privileges;

If you can't log in remotely, check to see if the firewall is off.
