Mysql reports Access denied for user 'dbuser' @ 'localhost' to database 'db' when using lock tables if you do not have the lock tables permission
 
The main reason is that the user does not have the lock tables permission. solution:
 
1. Assign the lock tables permission to this normal user. We recommend that you delete this user and re-use the mysql command to create
 
2. Add -- skip-lock-tables.
 
Mysqldump-udbuser-p dbname -- skip-lock-tables> dbname. SQL
 
 
3. Use root backup
