Do I need to manually determine the foreign key and then manually rollback it?

What does automatic rollback mean? Where to roll back?
Since there is an error, the executing instruction does nothing, so there is no rollback

When a foreign key constraint is present, there is no success of the primary table or the failure of the Table Success Master table, MySQL will authenticate itself and will complete the operation only if it is successful.
