If "ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)" appears, your MySQL has not been started.

Windows solution:

Step 1

Delete my. ini under c: \ windowns

Step 2

Open c: \ mysql \ bin \ winmysqladmin.exe and enter the user name and password.

Step 3: Input mysqld-nt-remove in dos to delete the service

Enter mysqld-nt-install

Step 4: Enter mysql startup successful

I encountered the same error today. After modifying conftp. php, I cannot connect to it.

After the config. php file is changed, the file size will be reduced by about 2 kb.

It may be that the program is installed in Linux. The compilation is different during installation.

In Windows, the editor is different from in Linux.

Copy config. php to CentOS and edit it with vim. upload it to Windows. Solve the problem.
