After starting MySQL, a few seconds after the direct error

Then a few error messages are found in the Event Viewer

Can ' t start server:bind on TCP/IP port:no such file or directory

Do you already has another MYSQLD server running on port:3306?

Aborting

is not the 3306 port is referenced, so I check whether the lower port is referenced

Netstat-aon|findstr "3306"

Find the following information

TCP 0.0.0.0:3306 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 9628
TCP [::]:3306 [::]:0 LISTENING 9628

Then kill the process.

Tskill 9628

Reboot again, find out.
