Two possible types:

1. Insufficient user rights

Assign all permissions to the user try it

Mysql> Grant all privileges on * * to [e-mail protected] "%" identified by "."  0 rows Affected (0.00 sec) MySQL>0 Rows Affected (0.00 sec)

2. It is possible that the creator of this view or function is not the current user. One scenario is the data export SQL, the Database migration

The view or function can be rebuilt with the current user

MySQL's solution for the user specified as a definer ("@ '% ') does not exist
