Mysql5.7.13.zip installation Tutorial (Windows) _mysql

1. Download MySQL
Official: http://www.mysql.com→downloads→ Select Community version mysql Community Edition (GPL) → Click Community (GPL) downloads>>→mysql Community Server (GPL) → Select the version you want to download (I am a 64-bit system selected is Windows (x86, 64-bit), ZIP Archive) →downloads→no, just start my Download.
2. Configure Environment Variables
First download the good file to the location you want to install, I unzipped to the D:\servers\mysql
Programme 1:New environment variable, variable name: MYSQL (General uppercase, also lowercase), variable value: D:\servers\mysql, adding%mysql%/bin to Path
Programme 2:Add D:\servers\mysql\bin directly to Path
3. Install MySQL Service
Command line goes to MySQL bin directory
（Note:Enter "D:" directly into D and use "CD folder name" to enter a folder, "CD ..." Back to previous directory)
Enter service install or mysqld install prompts installation success
Enter net start MySQL to start MySQL service
Use Mysql–u root–p (this command is root login, for short, detailed format to find themselves), the root default password is empty, direct return can
4.mysql.ini
The original file is Mysql-defult.ini
Modify one of theBasedir=d:/servers/mysql
Datadir=d:/servers/mysql/data
Note:The path is "/", if copied directly, no change will appear "system error 1067"
System error 5 Open a command prompt with administrator privileges
5. Connect MySQL
At the command prompt, enter: mysql-uroot-p
Root default password is empty, enter directly

I have a problem with installing the 5.6 installation method (MySQL-free version download and configuration) before installing 5.7:
The MySQL service failed to start and the service did not report any errors

The previous version of the default password is empty, the specific version is not clear, anyway 5.6 password is empty. 5.7 Security promotion, in the Linux installation 5.7, the installation will generate a random password, stored in the Root/.mysql_secret, if there is no this file, to the system log to find password, you should be able to find.

But Windows did not know how to solve it, but finally found a solution.

Workaround:
From:Windows MYSQL 5.7.9, cannot start. Missing Data
However, instead of missing the Data folder, rename the My-default.ini file to My.ini, move it to the bin/directory, execute commands under bin/mysqld--initialize--user=mysql--console, This command is estimated to be an initialized command
Then start service net start MySQL
