Mysqlerror1452-Cannotaddorupdateachildrow: aforeignkeyconstraintfails

When I used load data to import the data in the txt file to mysql today, I found this error because the value in the foreign key does not exist in the associated table.

Load data local infile "E:/javaTest/SQL .txt" into table questionFIELDS TERMINATED by ',' (user_id, point, status, title, content, sub_type_id, delete_flg, entry_date_time, reply_date_time );

When using the load data command, I use commas as the separator, so there is a problem, because there is a field of the String type, which may contain commas, so there is a problem with splitting this part.

The solution is also very simple. Find the foreign key and modify the value.
