N719 How to connect Kies software through the win 8 system

Step 1. Turn off USB debugging.

When connecting the Kies software, you first need to turn off USB debugging, as follows:

1. In standby mode, click "Application".

2. Click "Set".

3. Slide up the screen and click "Developer Options".

4. Cancel the "USB debugging" on the hook.

Step 2. Download and install the Kies software.

1. Login to the following URL:download and install kies sync software.

2. after opening the kies software, if prompted to update, please click "Update" to upgrade to the latest version.  

Step 3. Connect the data line and cell phone to the computer and open the Kies software.

Kies after the software update is complete, use USB The data cable connects the phone to the computer and opens Kies software.

1. to observe whether the mobile phone model is displayed in the upper left corner of the Kies software interface, if the mobile phone model description has been connected successfully.

2. If you do not show the phone model, please disconnect the phone and the computer, and then click the kies software to "resolve connection failure."

  

3. Open the "Resolve Connection Failure" window, click "Start", reload kies device driver.

4. When the connection failure is complete, click "Finish" and the phone is connected to the computer.
