The first two days to the Nagios under a monitoring item to add monitoring data, found that the monitoring data is there, but later found that the graphics data is not, and suddenly do not know where the problem
Here are my steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Log on to the Nagios server to see if/home/data/nagios/var/nagios.log has an error, I did not find the relevant error message
And then to/home/data/nagios/share/perfdata/see if the relevant RRD file has been updated
Check this out. I found that the XML file below is updated in real time, but the rrd file is not updated, and it's strange that I don't know why.

I later found out how the RRDtool tool works, and the data sources associated with RRD
Each RRD consists of one or more data sources that describe the specific data types that need to be stored. For example, DNS resolution time is an appropriate data source. The data source should not be associated with a particular instance, in other words, IBM.com's DNS resolution is not an appropriate data source. Each RRD file describes the corresponding instance, so each tested site has its own rrd. After this processing, it is difficult to add a new data source, so you need to ask yourself, "If I add or delete a data source from my device list or the measured site, do I need to make an adjustment to RRD?" If the answer is yes, then your data source may be instance-specific and need to be abstracted. The new item being measured should be in different rrd, not the same RRD as the new data source.
Ha ha!!! Finally know the cause of the problem, it turns out that I have changed the format of the data source, although still the same data source, but the file needs to be manually deleted after rebuilding.
After deleting the rrd file under the/home/data/nagios/share/perfdata/related monitoring item, after observing a few minutes, the graphic data is restored normally and can be drawn normally.
Nagios adds monitoring data to monitoring items, resulting in the inability to paint
