I use the MySQL version is 8.0.11, compared to the new MySQL version of the encryption method is different from the old, resulting in a 1251 error.

Solution: Open the terminal connection on the database and execute the following statement to resolve the problem. (I have encountered the pit, pro-test effective)

 Use MySQL; ALTER USER ' Root '@'localhost' with by ' Your password '   privileges;
