NAVICAT Premium Connect Oracle 12g, there is no listener hint solution ____oracle

1. The Oci.dll library with Navicat is not available. Oci.dll position in C:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN. You need to uninstall the Oracle12 Oci.dll Library.

2. Download instantclient-basic-windows.x64-12.1.0.2.0 compression package at Oracle website. (My 64-bit, so the download is 64-bit, specifically to match the number of navicat you installed)

3. After downloading, open the Navicat menu bar---Tools, click on the other--oci, OCI library after the configuration of their own download OCI package path. Find Oci.dll.

4. Complete the configuration, you can use Navicat to connect Oracle.
