The login account used does not have permission to log on remotely, so it can only be logged on the server via the command line.

The solution is as follows:
1. Log on to MySQL on the server via the command line or client;
2. Perform the following sql:grant all privileges on open Access database. * To username @ "%" identified by "password string";
If the root user is open to the remote login test database permissions, and set the login password for 123456:grant all privileges the test.* to [e-mail protected] "%" identified by "123456";
