NetEase Flash Mail Backup/import mail

Flash Mail provides quick and easy mail backup and import capabilities, resulting in a backup file that will be at least 50% smaller than the original message size, saving you more disk space.

To back up a message:

You can find the "Backup" option in the Mailbox submenu in the main menu.

Here, you can select the folder you want to back up. When selected, click Next to go to Backup window selection.

Within this tab, you can select the time period for which you want to back up your messages, depending on your needs. Flash mail By default saves the mail backup to a non-system disk.

Note: When you back up the mail backup file size after 2G will form ***_part1. Fmbu and ***_part2.fmbu files, do not change this file suffix (_part1. Fmbu). Otherwise, you will not be able to complete the import operation.

Import Mail Backup:

You can find "import"-"Flash mail Backup" in the "Mailbox" submenu in the main menu.

Note: If the backup file size after you back up is more than 2G, ***_part1 will be formed. Fmbu and ***_part2.fmbu files, you only need to select "***_part1" when importing. Fmbu "one file to import all data.
