After you upgrade your LAN's network from 10MB/S to 100mb/s, you find that the network is not functioning properly.

In the LAN, when the network connection scope is bigger, the network transmission distance can be enlarged through the cascade between the hub. In the 10MB/S network can cascade four, the maximum transmission distance of the network reach 600m. However, when the network from 10MB/S upgrade to 100mb/s, if the use of common methods to connect the 100M hub, will cause the LAN does not work properly.

In general, only two 100mb/s hubs are allowed to cascade in the 100MB/S network, and the connection distance between the two 100mb/s hub cannot be greater than 5m, so the maximum distance for the 100mb/s LAN is 205m when using the hub. If the actual connection distance does not meet the requirements, the network will not be able to connect.
