Network Device file Management

(1) FTP or TFTP transfer application files (operating system)

Both FTP and TFTP are C/s architectures

The commands associated with the file system on the H3C device are entered in User view <>

(2) The router is configured as an FTP server:

[] FTP server Enable

[] local-user HX(user name)

　　Password simple 123456(password)

　　Service-type FTP

Authorization-attribute Level 3(if you do not authorize user levels of 3, you cannot perform a put operation)

If the PC is a Windows system, go to the command line interface

A. Switch directory: CD c : \ (Enter the C-drive, input D, you can enter the D-drive)

B.ftp IP(Router) x.x.x.x

C. User name: Password:

D. prompt Login,ftp Login Success

D.get or put(PC is client, router is server)

E. local file name: Remote file name:

(3)TFTP transfer file: (PC as server, router as client)

B. The router enters the user view:

< >tftp 192.168.1.2(server IP) get/put Hello.txt(file name)

(4) Common commands:

User View

< > Reset saved-configuration erase configuration (delete the most recently generated start profile on the device)

< > Reboot restart device

< > Save configuration (Save the commands in the current profile to the start profile)

< > mkdir directory name creation directory

< > rmdir directory name Delete directory

< > pwd shows the current working path

< > Dir displays directory or file information

< > Detete file name Delete files (files can be recovered, files still occupy storage space)

< > Undelete file name recovery Delete files

< > Reset Recycle-bin completely remove files from Recycle Bin

< > delete/ureserved Delete Files completely
