User requirement analysis

According to the requirements for building zizhu campus into a world-class smart campus, its Integrated Wiring System should not only meet the current application, but also be designed for the future to support the next generation of network applications. Core requirements of Integrated Park cabling include: meeting relevant international and national standards; supporting various computer network devices and telephone systems; modular, open, flexible and scalable; multi-mode optical fiber trunk is used for vertical data, three types of log cables are used for vertical voice trunk, and single-mode optical fiber trunk cables are used for buildings. Data Communication Optical terminal and optical fiber distribution frame, and voice distribution frame are used to connect PABX and telephone bureaus or switchboard) the remote module is deployed in the central IDC.

The Integrated Wiring System of the whole park connects telephone, computer, network equipment, communication equipment and management equipment to a whole by extending to the information points of each region and room, high-speed transmission of voice, data, and images to provide comprehensive information services for internal managers and users.

Basic System Design

After the solution is determined, the basic design of the system based on the specific construction conditions is as follows: 6 categories of unshielded RJ45 modules, 6 categories of unshielded 4 pairs of twisted pair wires and 6 categories of unshielded modules are used as 6 types of horizontal links, and 12-core multimode indoor optical fiber cables are used as the data trunk; the voice trunk uses three types of log cables. The 12-core multi-mode optical fiber cable and communication cable are used for inter-building connections to achieve data and voice connections.

The characteristic impedance of the TrueNET channel is 100 ±3Ω, because only when the characteristic impedance of the channel is 100 ±3Ω will the reflection signal be generated, thus ensuring "zero error rate ". However, when the characteristic impedance of the channel is controlled within 100 ±15Ω permitted by international standards, but when the channel larger than TrueNET permits 100 ±3Ω, reflection signals will still be generated, this causes an "error code ".

Subsystem Design

1. workspace Subsystem

You only need to change the jumper on the distribution frame, so that the flexibility of the Integrated Wiring System can be reflected.

Horizontal cabling uses cable trays, distribution racks in communication cable wells are laid in metal trough in the ceiling of the corridor outside the room, and the railway pipes are laid along the wall to various information points in the work area; any operation that changes the system does not affect the operation of the entire system. A weak current well is set to ensure that the horizontal wiring length between the floor information point and IDF in the weak current well cannot exceed 90 meters to meet the high-speed design's requirements on the horizontal length limit.

3. Management Zone Subsystem

The management subsystem consists of the interconnect, interconnect, distribution frame and jumper. Management points provide means to connect to other subsystems. Communication and interconnection allow you to locate or relocate a communication line to an inaccessible part of a building to easily manage the communication line.
