Fault symptom:

Troubleshooting process:
1. log on to the core switch and check whether the core switch can access the internet. Check whether the core switch cannot be pinged to the Internet.

4. Restart the firewall. After the firewall is restarted, you can access the Internet. However, if a fault occurs again five minutes after the firewall is restarted, the firewall system fault can be determined)
