1. Remote Management Configuration

The concept of remote management is very simple, that is, to allow the network management to access the management interface of the router through the Internet using IE. Because the Qno no router has the firewall function, the service requirements from the wide area network are usually rejected, so remote management is required, you must enable this function on the vro.

The network administrator can go to the vro management interface and click the "firewall configuration" menu of the Qno no vro to view the "Basic settings" page, which contains a "Remote Configuration Management function ", activate this function and save the configuration to perform remote management. Network management can directly enter the wan ip address of the company router in the URL bar at home, and then enter the user name and password to manage.

It is worth mentioning that, because common web applications use port 80, if you are interested, you only need to enter the user name and password, this increases the risk of external intrusion. To prevent external users from finding the remote configuration portal, you can set any port from 1-65535. No one else on the internet can find the portal. In this case, it is set to 7181. To perform remote configuration from the outside, add ": 7181" after the IP address to specify port 7181. That is, you must enter http: // 109.131.36.158: 7181 in the URL field.

2. Dynamic Domain Name

With remote configuration, the network management of small and medium-sized enterprises still faces another problem, that is, the ADSL lines used by enterprises generally use dynamic IP addresses. That is, the IP address will change. The IP addresses today and tomorrow are not necessarily the same, and the IP addresses in this hour and next hour are not necessarily the same. In this case, the network administrator cannot find a vro from the home. How can this problem be managed? Fortunately, to solve this problem, the dynamic domain name service is provided on the market, and the user's IP address can be changed from time to time. The above problems can also be solved through fixed domain names and corresponding to specific routers. You can register a domain name such as company.ddns.org.cn, So you no longer need to remember the IP address.

The Qno xiaonuo router supports the dynamic Domain Name Service. To better serve Qno xiaonuo users, a dynamic domain name system has been established to provide new product users.
